No-Gi grappling is a skilled and fast form of self-defense, put opponents to the floor using take downs, throws and grappling. Many Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighters use the single or double leg take downs, putting your opponent where you need them, ready for submission. No-Gi uses the wrestler's or his opponent's legs in offence and defence and trains you to quickly manage and neutralise a difficult situation.
